I wish I could give 0 stars seriously. This is the closest Wendy's to me that why I go here but never again. The employees do not care about their job but really that isn't surprising at all. The first time I went here they took my order and made me pull up and wait while about 5 cars behind me got their food I was still waiting.. I was pissed!!! 15-20 min later a employee comes out with a bag with the WRONG food!! She said what did you order again? .. In the rudest tone possible! I'm like are u serious? She said oh sorry one moment she went back in and then 5-10 min later I got my food all I got was a stupid oh sorry about your wait!! I'm like are you freaking kidding me.. I was so pissed. My second time going there I ordered a number 6 spicy chicken sandwich and a chicken wrap not only did they forget the wrap and I had to go back around again but I ended up getting severe food poisoning all night from the food plus I was pregnant so now I will NEVER AGAIN eat at Wendy's. After complaining they contacted me trying to make up for what happened but I don't want any free food from them. STAY AWAY ! seriously!

My original review still stands true nine months later. They are quick, about 75% accurate on drink orders in the drive-thru, 85% accuracy on the food orders. They are really quick, less than 5 minutes! They don't like to stay in the first window, and then get frustrated with the customer when they pull to the second window, where there is an actual person, as if you inconvenienced them. Probably so. They still do not like eye contact or speaking to customers.

ZERO stars for sure! Place was gross, littered every inch of the way, food still smeared on the tables, trails of dirty rags over them, clerk on the phone not giving a flying hoot about anything but her boo, toilet bombarded by someone or some people who obviously exploded on top of it, and finally, no toilet paper. Just for those reasons, I should have left, but obviously I am not that smart, ordered my food and got it FAST! With old cheese and decaying spinach! Now I understand the toilet condition... Never again.

Terrible "service", I know it's fast food but come on don't yell at customers. I won't get into the whole story but I wouldn't recommend them, I didn't even get my food because I left, the burger king next door was happy to receive my business.
